Jan-Philipp Tebbe is Architect and Tech Lead for AI Lounge at Zurich Insurance in Barcelona.

AI Lounge is Zurich’s central LLM platform, available to business units worldwide. It gives teams standard access to a broad range of models, with regional deployments, visibility and governance for production use in a regulated insurer. It replaces provider-specific integrations with a shared access layer, helping teams bring AI into existing products and services while keeping data residency, cost and operational needs in view.

Before Zurich, Jan-Philipp was a Platform Architect and Product Owner for Conversational AI at Allianz Technology. He previously spent five years building conversational assistants and speech technology for the Schwarz Group.

With more than nine years in conversational AI and GenAI, he brings a practical architecture perspective from large enterprise platforms. His sessions are relevant to audiences working on GenAI architecture, conversational AI at scale and AI adoption in financial services.

Marcos Valera is a Go-to-Market Manager at ElevenLabs, the AI voice and audio platform valued at $11 billion and backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia, and ICONIQ Growth. An entrepreneur since the age of 16, Marcos previously worked at Glovo and ran his own marketing agency before joining ElevenLabs, where he has led over 100 video and content projects. Malgorzata Luszkiewicz works at Capgemini, focused on AI-driven transformation for clients in the financial services sector. Her work centers on the adoption side of AI change - helping organizations move beyond simply buying tools and licenses toward actually building the skills and workflows needed to use them effectively.

Her current focus is workforce transformation: preparing employees for AI-driven change without the fear-based narrative that AI simply replaces jobs, and instead building the competencies needed to work alongside it.

Founder of Mob On. Cursor, SpaceXAI ambassador and applied AI researcher. He designs agents, automations and intelligent systems to transform business processes and new ways of working. Previously, he co-founded a tech startup selected by Lanzadera (Marina de Empresas) and has led marketing and community initiatives for several technology projects. He trained in web app development, though his career began in historical research and cartography - a methodology he now applies to analyze, deconstruct, and build complex systems using artificial intelligence.

Barbara Stanelli Thomas leads Vapi's EMEA business, building the company's European presence as voice AI moves from developer experiment to enterprise deployment.

She works where technical capability meets commercial reality: what enterprise buyers in healthcare, retail, hospitality and financial services actually need before they will put an AI agent on a customer call, how European buying cycles and developer communities differ from those in the US, and why so many voice projects stall between pilot and production.

Alex Tsankov is a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer at Bloomberg, where he supports Bloomberg Industry Group, an affiliate of Bloomberg that offers the Bloomberg Law, Bloomberg Tax, and Bloomberg Government AI products. In this role, he drives infrastructure efforts to operationalize large language models within the Bloomberg Law legal research product. GenAI has opened up many unique reliability and infrastructure challenges for which he is constantly finding new solutions.

Anya Nova is a Director at Galaxy, a Nasdaq-listed global leader in digital assets and data-center infrastructure, helping shape the future of finance and artificial intelligence. She works with banks, asset managers and fintechs to build institutional digital asset capabilities across custody, tokenization, staking and secure vault infrastructure.

Anya has spoken at more than 50 industry events on digital asset market infrastructure and tokenization. Her work focuses on how regulated financial institutions can adopt emerging technologies in practical, scalable and commercially viable ways.

Neel Arora is Global Head of eCommerce at Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company. Based in Barcelona, he leads Nestlé’s global eCommerce strategy and acceleration across brands and markets.

He has more than 15 years of experience in FMCG and digital commerce, with previous roles at PepsiCo and Amazon. His work spans commercial strategy, eCommerce growth, digital transformation, and the practical application of AI and data in ecommerce.

Daniel Traça is Director General of Esade, one of Europe's most prestigious business schools, based in Barcelona. He holds a PhD in Economics from Columbia University and previously served as Dean of Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, where he oversaw its rise in global rankings and the construction of a landmark new campus. A Visiting Professor at INSEAD and former consultant to the World Bank and the European Commission, Daniel is a leading voice on globalization, leadership, and the role of business education in preparing the next generation of leaders for an AI-driven world.

Rocío Alcocer Magirena is the Managing Director of Norrsken Barcelona, where she is helping build one of Europe’s biggest hub for tech and impact startups. She combines leadership in operations, entrepreneurship, and sustainability with a clear focus on creating ecosystems that support founders building solutions with real-world impact. Nolwen Attou Izebatene is a Sales Enablement Manager at Holded, a Barcelona-based fintech and accounting software company. She focuses on go-to-market strategy, sales training, and AI-powered coaching to help B2B revenue teams improve performance and scale.

She previously worked at Yuma AI (YC W23), an AI startup automating e-commerce customer support, and has experience across sales, customer success, and enablement roles in tech companies. She holds an MSc in marketing and has spoken about using AI to strengthen sales processes and team capabilities.

Fernando Angulo is Senior Market Research Manager at Semrush, an Adobe company. He researches AI-search visibility, GEO, AEO, agentic search, and how generative engines mention and cite brands. Roberta Schmid works at NewsGuard, focused on combating AI-driven disinformation. Her work centers on how AI-generated false content — across text, image, audio, and video — increasingly evades non-expert detection, and specifically on how disinformation contaminates chatbot responses to news-related queries. NewsGuard conducts monthly audits of major AI chatbots to track and improve their reliability on news content.

Sophie Cornay is Business Unit Manager of the AI Lab at Qonto, where she leads the initiative for integrating agentic AI into financial operations for SMEs and self-employed workers across Europe. Before joining Qonto, she founded and ran Chosen for eight years, a B2B2C SaaS marketplace she grew to over 90,000 monthly users and €1M+ in annual revenue.

At Qonto, she leads a startup embedded within the company, shipping AI agents directly into the product with a mission to eliminate the "second job" that administrative overhead creates for entrepreneurs. Her team is building on top of one of the most advanced in-house agent platforms in European fintech. Her work centers on agentic AI applied to concrete workflows: invoice management, payment tracking, operation categorization, and real-time financial visibility for SME operators. She emphasizes that AI assists, prepares, and clarifies, but does not displace human responsibility, especially in financial decisions.

Bruno Barbagli leads Amplitude's Southern Europe team, working with product and growth organisations across Spain, Italy, and France on digital analytics, experimentation, and product decision-making. His work sits at the point where product teams have to turn behavioural data into decisions they can defend.

He brings a practitioner's view of experimentation as an organisational capability rather than a tooling question: how teams define hypotheses, set guardrails, and agree decision criteria before they look at a result. He works regularly with the Southern European product community, including workshops and teaching at business schools, and has helped build Amplitude's presence across the region's product ecosystem.

A four-time founder and then senior executive for growth-stage companies, Scott has built and led twelve international teams at C-level across product, growth, and marketing and helped deliver exits of $25M, $85M, and $700M, in these roles.

In EdTech, FinTech, and Gaming, Scott has held roles including CEO (ten years), CPO (five years), and CGO/CMO (twelve years),. An active mentor for Microsoft Ventures, Zeroth AI, the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, and many Techstars cohorts (Seattle, NYC, Paris, London, and Berlin), he lives the “give first” philosophy and helped many companies find PMF and/or their unique growth levers. Companies he has mentored have seen four exits, so far.

A US native, he has lived in Europe since 2013. Currently, the VP of Marketing for Holded, he leads the growth of this iconic Barcelona Brand.

Christian Rebernik is the CEO, Founder, and Chancellor of Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences, where he is rethinking higher education around technology, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and purpose-driven learning. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership and entrepreneurship, with previous roles including CTO and Managing Director at N26, CTO at Parship, and founder of the digital health platform Vivy.

He has also helped build digital products such as ShareTheMeal for the United Nations World Food Programme and has supported startups as a mentor, advisor, and angel investor. At Tomorrow University, he focuses on integrating AI into education while developing the critical thinking, adaptability, leadership, and practical problem-solving skills that become increasingly important in an AI-driven world.
