The rooms run back to back across the two days, and they are not interchangeable. The big stages set direction, the small ones put a keyboard under your hands. Where you sit decides what you leave with.

The headline room, and the widest view.

The Main Stage is where the programme sets its direction: the opening and closing keynotes, and the Use Cases where a company and the team that built its system present the real numbers together.
It is the biggest room in the building and the one that fills first for the marquee slots. Sessions here are built to be followed by an informed non-specialist, so it is the safest place to be when the tracks are not yours.

Auditorium Stage
Raked seating, and the sharpest listening in the venue.

A proper tiered auditorium — the best sightlines and the best acoustics in the venue, which is why the formats that live or die on hearing every word run here. Most of what fills it is keynotes, one speaker and one idea at a time, running back to back across both days.
It is also the debate room. One contested motion, opposing sides, and a vote before and after so you can see whether the room moved. The fireside chats run here too, and they are short enough that it is worth checking the agenda rather than assuming you have missed them.

Where people disagree in public.

A mid-sized room given over almost entirely to panels: three to five experts cast to hold different views, and a moderator whose job is to keep the disagreement productive rather than smooth it over.
Smaller than the main rooms, which is the point — the audience question time at the end is real here, and you can actually get a question in.

Workshop Room A
Fifty seats, no sign-up, hands on keyboard.

A working room, not a lecture room. You build with real tools for the length of the slot and leave with something you can use — a repository, a template, a prototype, a checklist.
Fifty seats, first come first served. There is no sign-up and no attendee list, so the only way in is to arrive before it fills. Each session description publishes its prerequisites and its level, whether beginner, practitioner or advanced: read them first, because the first hands-on moment comes about ten minutes in and there is no catching up.

The second workshop room, same rules.

Identical in size and setup to Workshop Room A, running a parallel track of hands-on sessions so two workshops can happen at once.
Same fifty seats, same first come first served, same laptop. Check both rooms when you plan your day — the two schedules are different and the clash is usually with something on the main stages, not with each other.

Finding them on the day
Every room is inside World Trade Center Barcelona, on the waterfront at Port Vell. Doors open at 08:30 on both days and the programme starts at 10:00. Travel, hotels and getting there are on Plan your trip.
