Build the two days you
The published programme, in your hand: every session, every stage, every speaker. Filter it down, add what you want to My agenda, and the app carries the rest.
- Filter by day, track, stage, format or speaker
- Add a session to your agenda in one tap
- A reminder fifteen minutes before it starts
- If a session moves stage or time, you are told

- Filter attendees by sector, role, seniority, country
- Meeting requests that read both agendas before proposing a slot
- One-to-one messages, with block and report built in

Every lead,
Scan an attendee's badge QR and their profile lands in your list, timestamped. Qualify it hot, warm or cold while the conversation is still fresh.
- Scan a badge in seconds, no hardware to rent
- Scans made without signal queue on the device and sync later
- Export the whole team's leads as a CSV from the website

Know who is in the room
Every sponsor and exhibitor of the edition, searchable by name and sector, with what they do and who is on their stand.

- Push for schedule changes, meetings and announcements
- The venue map, stage by stage and zone by zone
- AI Week side events, in the same place as the programme

One account, and on the rest
The app is the same account as the website, and everything that involves other attendees is something you switch on.
One sign-in
Use the email address on your ticket and the app sends a one-time code, or sign in with Google. Your ticket, profile and agenda are already waiting.
Your badge travels with you
Your badge QR lives in the app, so a sponsor can scan you at their stand without you handing anything over.
Opt-in, not opt-out
The attendee directory is off until you turn it on. Block and report are one tap away, and you can delete your account from the app.
Get it
Sign in once at home, complete your profile, and arrive with your agenda already built.
Scan with your phone camera, or search “AISB 26” on the App Store and Google Play. Not coming in person? The Digital Pass streams every session instead.
Before you
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free on the App Store and on Google Play, and there is nothing to buy inside it.
Do I need a ticket to use it?
The app and the account are free to anyone: the programme, the speakers, the partners and the AI Week side events are open whether you hold a ticket or not. Networking (the attendee directory, meeting requests and messages) and lead scan are for ticket holders.
Which account do I sign in with?
The same one as the website. Sign in with the email address on your ticket — the app sends a one-time code — or with Google. Your ticket, your profile and your agenda are already there.
Will other attendees see my profile?
Only if you switch the directory on. It is off by default, you choose what your profile says, and you can block or report anyone. You can also delete your account from inside the app.
Does lead scan work when the wifi does not?
Yes. A scan made without signal is stored on the device and syncs by itself once you are back online, so a busy stand never costs you a lead.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone on iOS 16.4 or newer, and Android. The app is published in English.
