Biography
Neel Arora is Global Head of eCommerce at Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company. Based in Barcelona, he leads Nestlé’s global eCommerce strategy and acceleration across brands and markets.
He has more than 15 years of experience in FMCG and digital commerce, with previous roles at PepsiCo and Amazon. His work spans commercial strategy, eCommerce growth, digital transformation, and the practical application of AI and data in ecommerce.
His profile is especially relevant for sessions on Agentic commerce, AI-driven discovery, retail media, and how large consumer companies are embedding AI into their commercial operations.
