Biography
Matthias Stöger is a Partner at Wavveup, a Barcelona-based firm that coaches founders, CEOs and leadership teams through the highest-stakes moments of scaling a company: co-founder conflict and mediation, C-suite structuring, leadership transitions, and culture design as organisations grow past founder-led management. A three-time startup CEO across foodtech, medtech and AI, he combines that operating experience with executive coaching, systemic team coaching and behavioural profiling, working with leaders on both performance and the patterns underneath it. He currently leads Wavveup's expansion into the DACH market.
