Biography
Barnaba Barcellona is an AI Solutions Architect at SAP and the founder of Hauddy, an open source agentic messaging platform. Over four years he has designed and deployed production AI systems; multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLM routing, while advising C-level executives across EMEA on enterprise AI adoption. He sits at an unusual intersection: hands-on builder, enterprise consultant, and founder navigating the same adoption challenges he helps clients solve. His work spans shadow AI patterns inside large organisations to agent-to-agent infrastructure at the protocol level.
