Dave García is the co-founder and CEO of Pensero, an AI-native platform helping organizations understand engineering performance and measure the real impact of AI on software delivery.
With more than 20 years of experience building and leading engineering organizations, Dave has held senior leadership roles at high-growth technology companies including TravelPerk, Skyscanner, and Verse.
Today, Dave works with engineering and executive teams to answer some of the most pressing questions facing organizations in the AI era: Is AI actually improving performance? How can leaders distinguish activity from impact? And how should companies measure the ROI on their growing AI investments.
At a time when organizations are investing heavily in AI without clear ways to measure outcomes, Dave advocates for a simple principle: AI adoption alone is not a strategy. The companies that win will be the ones that can connect AI investment to measurable business impact.
