Biography
Stephany Oliveros is the CEO and co-founder of Lyra AI, an HR tech company building an agentic recruitment pipeline that helps companies find AI-trained talent and makes hiring transparent, fair, and evidence-based. With a background in medical physics and psychology research, she has spent seven years at the intersection of human behaviour, algorithmic bias, and AI product strategy, focused on women in tech.
She co-founded SheAI, one of Spain's first communities for women in AI recognised by the UN, and teaches AI applied to Business to leaders and executives. She was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2026 and has keynoted on multiple international stages.
Born in Venezuela and based in Barcelona, she talks about AI adoption without the hype: what actually works when organisations move from experimentation to strategy.
