Biography
The bottleneck used to be production. Now anyone can generate unlimited copy, code, and content in the time it takes to refill a coffee. The bottleneck now is knowing what you actually think, and getting it to travel.
When everyone has the same models, perspective is the only thing left to compete on. But a perspective that stays in your head (or your strategy deck) doesn't compound. It has to become media: a voice, a series, a body of work that people trust and machines cite. The companies that will define the next decade aren't the ones generating the most. They're the ones who figured out what they believe, and built the operation that carries it.
That's my job. I call it New Media, a title the industry retired in 2012, back because AI made media new again. There's a whole manifesto in my Featured section. I had feelings.
