Bring the Summit’s practical knowledge into your organisation

AI Summit Barcelona brings speakers, practitioners, founders and company leaders into conversations about applied AI. Our private formats draw on that event experience and network to shape a useful discussion around your organisation’s question.

Relevant expertise is selected for the brief. Contributors, availability and responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal; participation in the Summit does not establish availability for a private engagement.

Your context. The right people. A clear next step.

Tell us what matters

Describe the audience, business question, timing and the decision or learning need you want to address.

Agree the scope

Review the relevant expertise, preparation, proposed contributors, deliverables, schedule and fees.

Review the next action

Define the output and who will use it. Follow-up, technical implementation and further training require their own responsibilities and scope.

A useful first brief

Bring a question grounded in the work

Explain who needs to take part, what they already know and the question that currently prevents progress. Include a date or business milestone if one exists. An approximate audience size helps distinguish a working session from a broader event.

Describe the situation before naming a tool. Customer operations might need clearer review and escalation around assisted replies. Marketing might need to examine where AI fits its brand and approval process. An internal knowledge team might need to establish which documents are authoritative before evaluating generated answers.

Use anonymised examples for initial discussion. Any detailed preparation involving internal documents is agreed before the engagement.

Compare proposals by the proposed work: preparation, participant responsibilities, contributor experience and the final output. Check which fees include facilitation, travel, venue production or follow-up. Those services are not automatically bundled together.

Review the result against the purpose agreed at the start. Satisfaction, learning and business outcomes are separate measures. Name the person responsible for the next decision and choose a review point appropriate to the work.

Keep learning while you shape the question

Use the enterprise guide to organise your use-case questions, or explore the Summit recordings for additional perspectives. Private programme scope and digital access are separate decisions.
