Demo 28 - How to reach 10M€ ARR in 5 years self funded with a family business ?
Wednesday 23 September, 15:30 – 15:55Demo StageLeexi was founded in late 2021 by Xavier Lombard, his wife and two sons, born from a simple frustration: the value created in professional meetings disappears without a trace. In five years, the company reached 10M€ ARR entirely self-funded, refusing multiple VC offers — including a 15M€ valuation from Volta Ventures — to preserve independence, culture and long-term decision-making. The formula: obsessive product depth (350+ features), European data sovereignty as a structural moat, zero churn culture (one resignation in four years), and a discipline that turned every euro of revenue into the next hire. The lesson is not about family — it's about alignment: when founders share the same values, the same roof and the same long-term vision, they move faster, decide better, and build something that lasts.
