Biography
Vlad Lupenko is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impress, Europe’s market leader in clear aligner orthodontics. Founded in Barcelona in 2019, Impress is an AI-native healthcare operator that owns and operates its clinics while running the entire patient journey, from treatment planning and scheduling to clinical review and follow-up, on its proprietary technology platform.
Impress combines in-person orthodontic care with 3D scanning, digital treatment planning, remote patient monitoring, computer vision, and AI-powered clinical workflows. By leveraging proprietary clinical datasets and technology across its network of more than 100 clinics, Impress enables clinicians to deliver more personalised, predictable, and accessible orthodontic care at scale.
Vlad co-founded Impress with Diliara Lupenko and Dr Khaled Kasem and has led the company’s expansion across Europe, building a vertically integrated healthcare platform at the intersection of AI, clinical care, and consumer services.
