Sharon Klaver is Co-founder and Managing Director at Builders, a Rotterdam-based startup studio that launches and scales AI Enterprise ventures. She brings a sharp operational and financial lens to early-stage building, combining a background in design, finance, and tech to turn creative ambition into structured, scalable companies. Sharon started coding at 13 and built her first software company by 16, and she has spent the past decade-plus helping founders validate ideas, assemble teams, and raise the right kind of capital. At Builders she leads studio operations, finance, and growth—designing the systems, processes, and culture that let multiple ventures move fast without breaking.
