Rubén Hernández is Head of BlueTechPort at World Trade Center Barcelona. With more than 25 years of experience in ports and infrastructure, he leads the development of the Port of Barcelona's blue innovation ecosystem, connecting startups, corporates, research institutions and public authorities to accelerate the blue economy.
