Rozina Sidhu

Rozina Sidhu Koskela is the Founder of The Garage, a Malta-based platform supporting entrepreneurs and businesses from early-stage ideas through validation, growth, and sustainable development. She is also a Vistage Chair and a global partnerships and innovation strategist, with a background spanning business strategy, product management, UX research, and UX design.

Her career has included work with organizations such as Volvo, Aviva, and PwC, as well as experience in banking, insurance, technology, and entrepreneurship. Through The Garage, she focuses on helping founders turn ideas into viable businesses while creating stronger connections across Malta's women-led startup ecosystem.
