Demo 19 - From Reactive to Proactive: Building AI Agents that Anticipate Customer Needs
Wednesday 23 September, 11:00 – 11:25Demo RoomWe’re collecting more data than ever, building powerful chatbots, designing complex workflows but users still just want ONE thing: to get what they need with as little effort as possible. In this talk, we’ll explore how AI agents can help bridge that gap: not by asking users to give more, but by leveraging what we already know to deliver faster, smarter, and more intuitive experiences. In the live demo of an agentic assistant we will see a shift from reactive to proactive behavior. We will discuss common pitfalls when building agentic systems and tap into their evaluation for large scale solutions.
