Biography
Maxime "MadMax" Gaudin is CTO at Gladia, where he leads a 20-person engineering team building the company's voice AI platform. He's worked the last 13+ years in tech: starting at Groupe SEB, then joining Malt as one of its earliest engineers and helping it grow from 10 to 200+ people, co-founding Matcha (raised €2.1M), and serving as CTO at MadKudu. He's based in Alsace, France.
