Use Case 9 - RATP Group: Governing AI Agents in Front of 16 Million Passengers a Day
Wednesday 23 September, 14:00 – 14:25Main StageRATP Group is the 3rd largest urban transport operator in the world. Learn how they run AI agents in production across multiple use cases, all through a single governed entry point. Matthieu Klotz, Data Architect and Head of Exchange Platforms at RATP, and Jorge Ruiz of Gravitee walk through the three patterns behind it. An LLM proxy gives every application one authenticated door to approved models, with quotas and cost tracking per use case. A custom agent grounds answers in current documents. And an MCP proxy exposes RATP's own APIs as tools, so agents act on live data with per-tool authorization and full traceability.
