I am a people and talent operator with 17 years of experience owning hiring outcomes at some of Europe's fastest-growing companies, including Facebook, Instagram, N26, Glovo, Tier, and Amenitiz.
I have seen what happens when founders move fast without people infrastructure behind them, and spent the better part of two decades being the person called in to fix it. That pattern, repeated across six high-growth companies, became the foundation for Atlast, the AI-native recruiting operating system I built for founders scaling without a dedicated HR or talent team.
Alongside Atlast, I advises early-stage founders as a fractional talent partner, helping them build the hiring foundations that most people only wish they'd had from day one.
