Biography
Caio Zanolla is Director of Engineering at Belvo, where he leads high-performing engineering teams building scalable financial infrastructure for Latin America. Based in Barcelona, he brings experience across open finance, data aggregation, payments, banking, logistics and large-scale software platforms.
At Ai Summit Barcelona, Caio can share a hands-on engineering leadership perspective on moving AI from learning and experimentation to production, and how organisations can redesign teams around human judgment and AI-enabled execution.
