Keynote 43 - The 10x Enterprise: Scaling AI Platforms for Compound Value
Wednesday 23 September, 12:00 – 12:15Main StageWhile base models advance with every quarterly update, most enterprise AI agents remain trapped in proof-of-concept purgatory. The core bottleneck is no longer intelligence, which can be easily rented off the shelf, but the non-rentable foundation: deep domain context, persistent memory, action rights, continuous evaluation, and real-world agent governance. This infrastructure represents the custom platform layer every organization must own to unlock true enterprise scale. In this session, Arvand breaks down the architectural blueprint for the next-generation AI platform, outlining what to rent, what to build, and precisely where to start to drive compound value.
