Biography
Constance Nevoret is Co-CEO of Mantu, an independent international group combining consulting, technology and AI to help organizations accelerate their transformation. Today, Mantu generates €1 billion in annual revenue, brings together more than 12,000 talents and operates in more than 60 countries worldwide.
Over the past thirteen years, Constance has led business development across the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States before becoming CEO of LittleBig Connection, where she helped grow the company from €40 million to €400 million in revenue and from 40 to 400 employees, without external funding.
Today, she focuses on workforce transformation, leadership at scale and how organizations can turn AI into a lasting competitive advantage. She regularly speaks about AI adoption, reskilling and the emergence of new ways of working, helping business leaders prepare their organizations and their people for the AI era.
