Biography
Viktoriia Kniazeva is a Solution Architect at Omnevo, where she designs the technical foundations of complex systems from the ground up. Her work focuses on turning high-level concepts into clear, scalable architectures—starting from a blank slate and shaping every layer, from data flows to service contracts. She leads the full lifecycle from strategic vision to detailed technical specifications, ensuring that solutions are both practical and future-ready.
Viktoriia also oversees critical product integrations, creating reliable interfaces between internal services and external platforms across heterogeneous tech stacks. In addition to her architectural work, she has guided the design and implementation of a company-wide BI platform, establishing clean data pipelines and a governance model that supports trustworthy analytics—an initiative that strengthened alignment across teams but remains one part of her broader systems focus.

Using a real-world architecture journey, we compare fragmented reporting environments with a centralized data platform built around a data warehouse, semantic layer, and self-service analytics. We will discuss why data architecture determines the practical limits of AI adoption, how to design data flows that create trust in analytical results, and how agent-based interfaces can make data more accessible to business users. Rather than replacing analysts, AI agents act as a natural interface between people and data—automating routine investigations, accelerating insight discovery, and helping organizations answer questions such as “Why did sales decline last month?” in seconds instead of hours. The session concludes with a live demonstration of an LLM-powered analytics agent working on top of a governed data platform.
