We've spent the last two years proving that LLMs can write code, run agents, and orchestrate complex workflows. Today, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, and others are the modern platforms for executing computational tasks, and tokens represent their new bandwidth. Token compression is about using that bandwidth wisely and accounting for costs from an engineering perspective. This is a hands-on session on the key techniques and a framework for reasoning about this as a fundamental property of the systems you ship, not an afterthought.
