Larissa Dorothea Murmann
Biography
Larissa Murmann is Vice President of Global Commercial People Function at Werfen, a Barcelona-based global diagnostics and medtech company. She joined Werfen in January 2026 after more than 15 years at Unilever, where she served as Digital Chief HR Officer for Unilever International.
Her work focuses on digital and AI-driven HR transformation, culture change, leadership development, and workforce upskilling. She has completed executive programmes including the Chief Data, Analytics and AI Officer Programme at the National University of Singapore and AI Implications and Business Strategy at MIT Sloan, and she actively speaks on responsible AI adoption in HR and human–machine collaboration.
Her profile is especially relevant for sessions on AI in HR, workforce transformation, digital leadership, AI-ready organisations, and how large multinationals are redesigning people strategy and culture for an AI-first environment.
