Biography
Javo Granda is a technology and data leader with more than 12 years of experience building digital products and leading high-performing data and AI teams across startups, scale-ups, and international organizations. He currently serves as Co-Founder & CTO of Skills4ImpactLinks to an external site., an education and technology initiative focused on sustainability, climate action, and responsible innovation.
Throughout his career, Javo has specialized in product analytics, machine learning, experimentation, personalization systems, and modern data architectures. He has led multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, translating complex data into actionable business and product strategies.
Before founding Skills4Impact, Javo held several leadership positions at GlovoLinks to an external site., including Director of Data for Marketplace, where he led large-scale analytics and AI initiatives focused on customer experience, experimentation, and data-driven product development. Earlier in his career, he co-founded CinePass, a digital entertainment platform that expanded across Latin America.
