Javier Cuadra Alconero is an AI Engineering Lead specialising in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and NLP. He is currently GenAI Tech Lead at Zurich Insurance, where he leads a team building production LLM-powered pipelines that process thousands of insurance documents monthly and extract structured data at scale.
