Use Case 5 - Engineering Production Agents: The Model Is the Easy Part
Tuesday 22 September, 16:00 – 16:25Main StageBuilding an impressive agent prototype is increasingly easy. Making it reliable, responsive and economically viable in production is much harder. In this session, Dylan Bristot unpacks that gap through real Nebius Token Factory use cases: how Revolut scaled AI agents across financial crime and customer support, and how Sword Health made a much larger reasoning model responsive enough for its AI wellbeing specialist. A short live demo turns those lessons into a practical framework for model choice, inference architecture, observability and cost.
