Biography
Sergi Bastardas is co-founder and CEO of Orbio, an AI-native HR platform he launched in 2025 alongside Nacho Travesí and Antonio Melé. Before Orbio he co-founded Colvin, one of Europe's leading digital flower brands, which he helped scale across multiple markets, and began his career at Amazon in Spain working on marketplace, advertising and retail.
He brings a repeat founder's perspective on building AI agents for a function that has historically resisted automation. Orbio deploys conversational and voice agents across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to retention, and has raised a Series A to expand across European and Latin American markets.
