Biography
Pol Fenollar Villà is the Founder and Strategic Advisor at Deep Engineering, where he advises CEOs, CTOs, and CPOs across SaaS, PE-backed, and enterprise organisations on platform engineering, AI governance, and engineering organisation design. Before founding Deep Engineering, he led the Barcelona R&D lab at Dynatrace. He previously directed global engineering, IT operations, and M&A integration at Hotelbeds Group and served as CEO and Chief Technology & Product Officer at SUEZ Group. He began his career advising institutions on technology strategy at Gartner and enjoys building platforms with open-source blocks in his spare time.
