Biography
Pablo Vargas is an MTS on the Replit Foundry team, where the company's most ambitious, next-generation AI initiatives are built and productionized. As a core engineer behind the Replit Agent, Pablo focuses deeply on how autonomous systems interact with the real world. At just 21, he was the youngest Senior AI Consultant at EY Americas, leading GenAI and Agentic AI strategies for Fortune 500 giants across the energy, tech, and travel sectors. While there, he also served in EY’s GenAI Center of Excellence, developing agentic observability tools and contributing to emerging protocols like MCP. Pablo roots his software expertise in a strong academic background in robotics, where he has contributed to the computer vision space with novel algorithms like ORB-SAM-E for autonomous vehicles.
