Mahe Bayireddi is Co-Founder and CEO of Phenom, the global HR technology unicorn pioneering Talent Experience Management (TXM) for over 500 enterprises worldwide. Founded in 2011 with a mission to help one billion people find the right job, Phenom's AI-powered platform connects candidates, recruiters, employees, and managers across the entire talent lifecycle—from career sites and chatbots to internal mobility, diversity programs, and analytics. Under Mahe's leadership, Phenom grew from mobile recruiting to a category-defining TXM platform serving companies like PepsiCo, Unilever, and IBM, earning him the 2021 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award and recognition as "Most Admired CEO" by the Philadelphia Business Journal. An immigrant from India who arrived in his early 20s, Mahe holds a B.E. and M.S. in Computer Science and previously co-founded SnipSnap, BijaHealth, and BHSP Nexus.
