Biography
Laura Tejada Sáenz is Co-founder and CEO of wavveup, a Barcelona-based leadership development company focused on helping scaleup founders and executive teams perform at the level their companies require. She works with founders navigating high-stakes, high-growth environments, combining executive coaching, team coaching, and leadership training.
Her background spans international business development, people analytics, talent management, and coaching. She has worked across multiple countries and sectors, with experience in deal-making, team leadership, and building programmes for startups, SMEs, and innovation hubs.
She is also active in women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and early-stage investing. She has previously spoken at AI Summit Barcelona on the human side of AI adoption, highlighting how leadership and organisational systems must evolve as AI capabilities accelerate.
