Biography
Cédric Auliac is Head of the Data Intelligence Unit at GENCI, France’s national agency for high-performance computing. He is also AI Program Director and coordinator of AI Factory France, a national initiative designed to provide researchers, startups, and companies with access to advanced AI computing resources and expertise.
His work sits at the intersection of AI infrastructure, supercomputing, public research, and industrial adoption. Through AI Factory France, he supports the development of AI capabilities in French startups and SMEs while contributing to broader European discussions around open research, compute access, and AI sovereignty.
His perspective would be particularly relevant for sessions on AI factories, sovereign compute infrastructure, democratizing access to advanced AI, public-private AI ecosystems, and the infrastructure required to move from experimentation to deployment.
